Controversial Dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah better known as Shatta Wale has denied ever being managed by Bulldog.
In a Facebook post on Monday, October 31, 2022, he noted that he was his own manager to date, suggesting he was never under the helm of any artiste manager as portrayed in the media space.
He made the statement in a post with a caption with a music video with lyrics that appreciate his followers and some DJs who play his music.
“I was my own manager and CEO of Shatta Movement till today. Stop lying to people that you managed me. I employed you and I was paying you #differentartiste,” he revealed.
According to him, the “the lies in this country” is too much a situation he intimated the reason “many are not happy with their fellow brothers’ success,” the caption of the video reads.
Shatta Wale’s post comes on the back of suggestions over the years that Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson also known as Bulldog was the brand manager of the ‘I know my level’ hitmaker.
Meanwhile, after some working years, both parties parted ways.
However, the vocal musician has stated categorically that the relationship between the two was contrary to the public notion.
He added that Bulldog never made him what he claims to be therefore the former must stop spewing lies and propaganda about him.
“Bull, so how you fii go dey TV and Radio top say you make me whom I am today. For everybody out there, Bulldog never managed me,” Shatta Wale emphasisied.
Among the many things the musician mentioned in the video said, Bulldog only played a role as an intermediate who discussed offers placed on his table.
He thus dares Bulldog to point out one single thing he bought for him during the periods they worked together.
Shatta Wale explained further in the video that he had no problem with Bulldog let alone any beef, but his actions are just to rubbish the picture the artiste manger is painting out to the public.
