France beat Black Princesses in pre-world cup friendly

The pre-World Cup friendly took place at the Complexe Sportif a Clairefontaire-en Yvelines in France.
Goals from Vicki Becko, Esther Mbakem-Niaro, and Laurina Fazer in both the first half and second half respectively were enough to ensure the host recorded a commanding victory against the West African side.
The host took full control of the game and recorded two first-half goals from Reims 18-year-old forward Vicki Becko in the 15th and 22nd minutes respectively.
Coach Ben Fokuo’s ladies pushed for an equalizer in the closing stages of the first half but it was not enough as the first half ended 2-0 in favor of France.
The Les Bleuets of France continue their firing power in the second half and increase their tally through Esther Mbakem-Niaro in the 48 minutes.
Laurina Fazer added the fourth and the final goal for the host in the 75th minute with a spot kick after a foul was committed by the Princesses in the penalty box. The game ended 4-0 in France’s favor.
Coach Ben Fokuo and his ladies will continue their training sessions in France ahead of the 10th edition of the U20 Women’s World Cup to be hosted in Costa Rica beginning August 10th to August 28th.
