Kennedy Agyapong pledge to transform Ghana within two years

A presidential hopeful of the New Patriotic Party, Kennedy Agyapong has sad he will turn the fortunes of the country within two years.
According to the Assin North Member of Parliament, he will achieve that by focusing on business development among other things.
Mr. Kennedy Agyapong made the statement while addressing some market women in Kumasi, Ashanti region, as part of national tour amidst sharing his presidential ambitions to the people.
Speaking on his ambitions ahead of 224 he said “I will focus on business development. I have the experience to create jobs for the youth with my record of business life.
“My steel company when completed will employ over 1,000 workers. It is named after Ashanti – ‘ASHANTI STEEL’. I will run Ghana like a business, and unprecedented transformation will take place,” he noted.
Whiles acknowledging the contribution of farmers to the country development he said “Women farm owners, farm partners, and farm labourers provide 70 to 80% of the country’s food.
“I have plans to create globally competitive industries, make commercial farming attractive like what pertains in Cote D’Ivoire, Tanzania and other industrial countries. Ghana is well endowed with minerals, and would be used to turn the economic fortunes of the country around,” Kennedy Agyapong pledged.
