He made this revelation when he appeared as a guest on Accra-based CTV’s Time with the Stars program hosted by Larry Bozzle.

He said “I’ve been doing this music for a long time, it’s quite unfortunate my father is not here to see how far I’m progressing but I feel, if my mom, on the other hand, is alive I have to do something to honour her before, maybe she is no more. I did this album to honour her,” says Amerado.

He further explained that he was also motivated to use the album to tell his story from grass to grace.

“This album is to tell people that this is the boy who was struggling way back trying to get the audience and if I am here by the grace of God, there is nothing wrong with telling people how great God is.

“My God is never asleep and he’s always going to be there for me,” Amerado acknowledged.
