A dominant display by the Black Stars saw Mohammed Salisu and Antoine Semenyo score two goals to ensure Ghana recorded a win against Switzerland on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
The goals were scored in the second half of the game after the first half has ended goalless.
Mohammed Salisu hit the back of the net in the 70th minute, Antoine Semenyo, four minutes later in the 74th minute made it two for Ghana.
Ghana made four substitutions in the second half and played without Thomas Partey and Ajax’s Mohammed Kudus. This means the stars end its pre-world cup friendlies on a winning note.
The Black Stars will come up with Portugal in the first game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup on Thursday November 24, November, before playing Uruguay and South Korea in its subsequent group matches.
